Most successful clients work one-on-one with me for a minimum of 6 months to one year. This insures that we build a trusting relationship and have time to work through any limiting beliefs or other inner blocks that are holding you back.
All coaching engagements start with a complimentary 30-minute strategy session where you identify obstacles, mindset barriers and set challenging goals.
